Aka Kapok buds. A very unique flavor especially used in Chettinad dishes. It is either fried in oil or ground into spice blends such as Chettinada Masala.

Bad stuff
This stuff has no flavor or smell whatsoever. I wish I could get back my hard earned 15$. Unfortunately this stuff is not returnable I feel very bad that I wasted so much money on an item I can’t even use. I hope namaste India or Amazon refunds the amount.
