My casters are falling apart; the bearings are falling out. How do I get replacements?

My original casters bent within the first 3 days. I found a set of 4, each holds a capacity of 200 lbs, for a total of 800lbs. I overdrilled the holes and installed the new casters. Been working like a champ ever since. You can order new casters off of Amazon.

How wide are the drawers? They're 15" deep.

No the drawers dont lock, but they stay closed tightlly. The product is top notch. I use it alot around my garage.

How I put the wheels?

Insert the chrome inserts into the four holes. Insert the casters into the holes from bottom. The Chrome inserts have a 8 MM (I think) Hex head and the casters need a 13 MM open end wrench to screw them or hold them still while you turn the hex. Hope this helps
