Drip coffee versus coffee pods!
This coffee maker is very easy to use! It’s beautiful setting on the counter. I have the light blue one. I used coffee pods for years it’s nice to have fresh coffee every morning now.

Great quality / smeg is the way to go
The machine is beautiful, I can say iconic! Everything is wonderful specially the auto scheduled coffee I brew daily. When pouring the water is very limited space only down fall but overall I’m ok with that. Waking up to coffee smell is the best

Stylish and functional!
Overall a great coffee pot! The opening to fill the tank is small. I fill an empty wine bottle with water to fill the tank which eliminates spills. Makes a good cup of coffee. Happy with my purchase.

Incorrect Voltage Listed - My gift was ruined!
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The product was advertised in the listing as 220V, and that’s exactly why I bought it — it was meant to be a gift for someone who only uses 220V outlets. However, the coffee maker arrived as 110V, completely different from what was described. Because the gift was shipped to the recipient, they naturally plugged it into their 220V outlet. As a result, the machine burned out immediately and is now unusable. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing for a premium brand like Smeg. Incorrect voltage information is not a small detail — it can damage the product, create safety issues, and ruin a gift experience. I believe Amazon and Smeg should: Correct the listing immediately to avoid misleading other buyers Take responsibility for the replacement, since the listing error directly caused the damage Review the seller’s quality control to prevent this from happening again I’ve always trusted Smeg for quality and design, but this experience was extremely upsetting. I hope customer service resolves this quickly.

Disappointing…
Disappointing, the functional design is unusable. You can’t fill the coffee maker with water using the coffee pot, the top of the coffee maker doesn’t go back far enough for you pour all the water in. And the coffee pot itself leaks when you pour it, even if you turn the top in every way. Don’t waste your money.

Such a good coffee machine. Makes really good coffee. The functions are mostly easy to work out how to use if you follow the instructions on the manual. It's also really attractive on the countertop! Only gripe is that it only keeps your coffee warm for 45 mins, would prefer it to be longer. Would recommend.
