I returned it in favor for this gallon size sprayer. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID!!!! Before I bought it I read that the CUSTOMER SERVICE from the company is EXCELLENT AND THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. THAT IS THE MAIN REASON, ASIDE FROM THE EXCELLENT REVIEWS, THAT I CHOSE THIS SPRAYER above all others. MANY COMPANIES CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO HELP YOU, especially after the Amazon window closes. It was LITERALLY only a few dollars more than the other I originally ordered, but you pay for QUALITY .THIS HAPPENS TO BE AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND IT IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE. THE PLASTIC IS THICK AND STRONG, and it pumped up very EASILY , EFFECTIVELY, and EFFICIENTLY. It’s very easy to carry around and that COMFORT is essential, especially if you’re using it on a lot of items. Using it is a DREAM and the spray nozzle works PERFECTLY, AND SO DOES THE EXTRA SPRAY NOZZLE INCLUDED DOES. THEY ALSO INCLUDED AN EXTRA FILTER AS WELL. A MANUAL IS ALSO INCLUDED AND THE MANUAL, EXTRA SORAY NOZZLE, AND EXTRA FILTER ARE ALL NEATLY IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAG. I’ll be using it for my rose bushes, ornamental trees and bushes. I FEEL VERY SECURE WITH IT. I ALSO FEEL COMFORTED THAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM, I CAN REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY FOR HELP. AS I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. . I had used two no name pump sprayers that broke down and I was in the market for a new one. I found this product from Petratools and decided to give it a try since it was still reasonably priced but a family owned American company. This is definitely a step up in build quality and performance from the cheap stuff I was using before, with solid capacity and spray coverage. Not only that, when I ran into a small issue with the pump sprayer and sent in an email, I received a customized email response addressing my question within a few minutes from a real human being, not an automated message redirecting me. I'd like to thank the support team at Petratools, especially Anne for the quick responses which took care of my issue. I'll look forward to using more of their products in the future.

I bought one of these back in May 2025 and it has worked flawlessly. Recently the nozzle on the tip of the sprayer had cracked and I contacted the company's customer service department. One of the reps, a woman named Anne, responded within 12 hours and was super helpful and took care of the problem immediately and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. You can't go wrong getting one of these units, especially since they are priced significantly below most of the others and do the job well. I have found the sprayer to be perfectly functional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

A total class act company. Why? The 2g Petra sprayer that I received worked, but wouldn't retain pressure due to a missing o-ring on the bleed-off value. Before returning or visiting a hardware store for a suitable o-ring, I emailed the company and waited mere minutes (13 minutes to be exact) for Anne to write me back and assure me that they would take care of the issue. Indeed they did - several days later, I received a replacement, along with a postcard note apologizing for the inconvenience. But on to the actual device. Works great, does what it is supposed to do. The wide funnel type top makes it easy to fill without creating a mess, the bleed-off value is nice - vs getting sprayed in the face, the shoulder strap is a fantastic, vs lugging 15-20' of sprayer/solution and finally, the dual wide/narrow sprayer attachment increases the usefulness/flexibility of the device. A TOTAL winner.

I finally got around to using these sprayers. This is the best sprayer I’ve ever used!!! I love the way the top is designed - very easy to pour any type of product into the sprayer. The spray pattern works well for me too. I especially like the pressure release mechanism, which is so important when using chemicals. I bought the 1 gallon sprayer, so that it would be easier for me to manage. It works perfectly!

The strap on this unit is a game-changer. Once I fill it up, not having to carry it around while I spray is fantastic. It feels very sturdy, there are no leaks, and it works perfectly. The spraying capacity volume hits the sweet spot. The price point seems fair. Highly recommend.

The one gallon size was perfect for this old woman to spray weeds in her yard. Worked like a charm with good coverage on the big nozzle. It is light and easy to use.
