This is the third one of these devices that we have bought over the years. The one we previously bought was no longer available so we had to move to this one. Honestly, all of these only work for a short period of time if you're not buying a commercial version, so keep that in mind when you buy it. It will not last forever. That said, if you follow the instructions, it is one of the funnest food event items that you can have. When it starts running, every guest is immediately wowed, and then everybody just starts pigging out. A lot of fun, and worth buying. It is kind of a pain to clean, but what would you expect from a gallon of liquid chocolate?

Unfortunately I rushed and purchased this machine x2 before reading the reviews. I was so happy to find it for this price. I hurried and made the purchase so that it would arrive in time for my event. THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ON AMAZON. I was so embarrassed. It started to heat up for about 5 minutes, long enough to start trying to melt the chocolate but then it turned off and that goes for both of the machines. I left it on for hours, to give it a chance to start back up or something but it never happened Now I have to figure out how to get the semi melted chocolate out of it to return it.

Very pleased with the overall quality of those chocolate fountain. I actually ordered two. I did not properly melt my chocolate so I pulled the second unit before the event started. The units were not too noisy. Assembly was easy. Great value for the money - part of the reason why I ordered two. Perfect size for use at work. Cleaning was a slight task but I found it easier to wipe out the remaining chocolate while it was still warm. I would recommend this fountain. My only suggestion is to properly melt your chocolate and you won’t go wrong. Everyone enjoyed it.

First time using it and it works as advertised. Just follow the instructions included to the T. One thing though, is a bit noisy but I think is something that will happen to any brand. As for the durability, I cannot tell at this time. We will see. I will update my review after a couple of months of using the unit.

The fountain don’t work is bad experience, I want use for my birthday party and don’t work

Item works well, but has a loud motor sound. Nice look with flow of chocolate and 3 tiers was perfect size for an intimate set up. Very sturdy and easy to clean while warm.

The heating element isn’t hot enough like the previous models were! I ended up returning it due to that aspect! I do like that they made the shelves metal instead of plastic. Just wish they didn’t change the heating element it’s definitely doesn’t keep the chocolate as warm. It is also louder than the previous models were too! You should definitely include instructions on how much vegetable oil to put with the chocolate though. We always have to look that up before making the the chocolate for it.
