The Saltair SPF 50 Body Oil has quickly become one of my favorite summer and vacation products. The Santal Bloom scent smells incredible and feels luxurious, making it something I actually look forward to applying instead of a basic sunscreen. The lightweight dry oil texture gives my skin a beautiful shine without feeling greasy, so it looks glowy and hydrated at the same time. I love everything about it – the high SPF protection, the subtle sheen it leaves on my skin, and how moisturizing it feels thanks to the oils and extracts. It’s perfect for beach days, pool days, or any time I want both sun protection and a pretty glow. This has definitely earned a permanent spot in my warm-weather and travel routine.

It WORKS! I bought this because my research led me to the specific oil they used in this product, saying it was safe to use with my self tanner. I agree! It didn’t break down my tan or make it splotchy, it prevented me from burning (spring break on a cruise in early March with winter-virgin skin). I am seriously impressed! The smell is really nice and the shimmer is subtle but gives a nice glow to your skin. I let my 8 year old use it and it prevented her fair skin from burning as well! I’m thrilled to have found a nice sunblock alternative that feels nice on my skin and protects from salt water/chlorine.

Bought this Puerto Rico and I loved how my skin looked and smelled! Definitely hydrates your skin. As someone who has sensory issues with oil being in my skin (especially hands and feet) this one did not bother me at all!

Like the shimmer and feel wish the smell was stronger its pretty light. But overall its a nice spf option and leaves my body feelin soft but not oily.

First, I would like to say I’m not allergic to nothing. When I applied this product on my face I got a heavy rash on my cheeks and they itch so bad, even my eye swelled up. I don’t know how this was suppose to be applied. It came in an Amazon bag and the top was not sealed. I didn’t think anything of it. When I applied it it smells like it’s used oil or like used olive oil. The smell is not good. I’m not sure if this was just a scam or if this is even the actual product. But it was a horrible experience all in all.

When I bought this body oil, I was looking for a daytime body oil with spf that I could layer on top of my lotion. Unfortunately, I have found that this just gathers dust in my closet. I never feel like the oil sinks in, and instead I end up leaving oily prints everywhere for hours afterwards. Beyond that, I did some research into the ingredients and the spf breaks down very quickly. It would be more reasonable to reapply a dry oil, but reapplying an oil with this consistency would just feel gross. The scent is okay, and the shimmer is a nice touch as it isn't obvious until it catches the light. I feel like the consistency is more suitable for a nightime routine, so this isn't going to make it into my rotation.

Best sunscreen ever!

Tried so hard and took so much time to run this in but the oily feeling never goes away. The sparkle is also barely there. I love the scent but that’s about it. Also to get the best consistency you need to mix the product up with a knife or something that will fit in the bottle. When I received the product it was coagulated and was like a tube of jello. Will not recommend and will not buy again.
