Initial Review of Air Touch V5. Nice lightweight and compact air purifier. Easy to setup and started using after receiving yesterday. Has Wifi connectivity with Honeywell app but only using 2.4 GHz channel. Easy to operate. Has a Realtime PM2.5 Display that seems quite accurate. Very good CADR. Suitable for Room size of upto 55 square meters (about 550 sq feet). Update: On 28/10/25. After using for 2 days noticed AQI meter / sensor is defective as it shows abnormally low readings after about an hour of operation. Compared it with AQI monitor and old Honeywell purifiers which are matching AQI monitor. Replacement ordered.

Here are some cons - 1. This does not auto-restart after a power cut. Thus it you are living in India, where short power cuts are often, then this Air Purifier is useless. While you are sleeping in the night, there is a brief power cut for 2 mins, the purifier does not restart. And you end up sleeping whole night in pollution. 2. The Wifi feature is not reliable. It does not work all the time, specifically when you need it. 3. The digital meter is also not reliable. I have a separate meter and this purifier always reports much lower, like 30 when it really is 100.

Best air purifier, we can feel the freshness. Don't look at AQI just run at 3 speed for 1 hour and set Auto mode. Really effective.

Very disappointed with the Honeywell Air Purifier V5. The sensor stopped working properly, and despite raising multiple service requests, the issue was never resolved. Technicians visited but couldn’t fix the problem. Later, I was told the unit would be replaced, but there has been no update or follow-up since then. The product might look good, but the after-sales service is extremely poor. Lack of communication and support makes the overall experience frustrating. Would not recommend this product based on my experience.

The product seems to be working fine and I bought it after a thorough research as it was one of the best air purifiers you can buy. But since I am not getting an option to leave seller feedback. I am mentioning it here. I have ordered two of these purifiers and both of them had packaging issue. One was damaged and other one was a used one (someone must have returned it, as all the inside packing covers were torn, filter was also out of cover). But because of the worse air quality and out of stock status of this product, I so not have the luxury to return these, as they may not again come in stock for a long time and I needed them urgently. The product is working fine for now, so keeping them, but the delivery and packaging experience was worse. But seriously, If I had an option I would have retired both these products. The seller (CONVEX GADGETS) is very untrustworthy as both products sent by them have issues. I would highly suggest NOT to consider this seller while buying your products. They are taking advantage of customer's situation.

The honeywell air touch v5 a very well designed product! Looks wise its very aesthetic neither is it very funky nor too dull. The built in wifi based control are a boon and make it really easy to use, just place ot in the corner of your room and forget all about it as you can change the modes directly through the app. It purifiers the air really well and its actually noticeable how breathable and fresh the air becomes once its been working for a few minutes. Overall a great product and the price to performance is really good the only real downside I could find is that the aqi meter might not be to accurate but that is to be expected at this price point.
