I run a Non profit animal sanctuary and just took in 12 chickens and Roos. They were malnourished and sick from neglect. They love this product. They devour the herbs and I just sprinkle some over their food. Highly recommend.

The smell is nice and clean and I sprinkle a little into the nesting boxes every time I refresh the bedding. I honestly cannot say if my hens care about the scent, they lay eggs just fine with or without it, but for me it makes the whole box look prettier and feel more cozy. It just looks more cared for. When I collect the eggs the little aroma from the herbs makes the whole process more pleasant and somehow cleaner. It is one of those small things that is not necessary but brings a bit of joy to the daily routine. I will keep buying it.

These dried herbs and flowers are so beautiful and smell so wonderful. I was shocked by how amazing it smells when I opened the vacuum sealed bag. This is a lot cheaper for a lot more than basically the same stuff sold in tiny quantities for hamsters and nicer quality. I spread this in my hamster’s enclosure and she must have smelled it because she came up out of her burrow right away to forage around!

Bought for: Nesting boxes to keep hens calm and fresh-smelling. What I liked: Smells amazing! You can see the quality of the flowers and herbs — lots of calendula and chamomile. The hens seem to settle quicker, and the coop smells way nicer. What could be better: Bag could be resealable. Overall: Lovely product — I’ll definitely buy again.

I hesitated to buy it because I thought the price was too high for the amount. I got it on sale and most definitely recommend buying some. I just refreshed my nest boxes and my coop smells so wonderful even though it's cold out and all the chickens are staying inside more. I mix some into their feed as well. They love to eat it but unfortunately they scratch in the nest box now because they are looking for their herbs. Lol
