After two weeks of purchasing this item, it shows issues one of the earbud Isn't working even not turn on once. Also complaining about this issue to resolve that isn't easy it is so frustrating because there wasn't a single link or button to fix a appointment for service

I never imagined that the price of the buds was cheap and the quality of the buds. It's mind-blowing. The bass of the music is properly felt. Functionality of the buds also unique special volume up and down features on the both side play and pause buttons are available on every buds, but on this buds volume up and down button is different from other buds. I can't say any name of other brand, but it is unique for other design, clarity, charging speed, and fitting. Everything is too good. I bought it seeing it has 13mm driver. but quality is poor. But at this price okay. it can be used for purposes other than music listening. listening to music is irritating. Bass is heavily booming sound... no punch bass. Frequencies are not flat. vocal part is not very clear if bass is increased. havn't tested mic yet. I bought a mivi soundbar and its good sounding when price is considered. I bought this earbuds considering it.. if you have used boat rockers 235, I would say both mivi and boat rockers sound similar in quality , except that mivi has irritatingly high bass. if you are a music maniac, this earphone is not recommeded. for rough daily uses, this can be used because of its benefit of very low price.
