Smooth rolling and clean burn throughout
I’ve been testing it for the past few days. I mainly use regular size papers for hand rolling, so having a full box of 25 booklets gave me a good chance to assess consistency, burn quality and handling. The papers have a medium weight feel, which provides a good balance between flexibility and structural integrity. They don’t collapse when shaping the roll, yet they still wrap smoothly without creasing. The pre cut corners are one of the more practical features because they allow the initial tuck to grip cleanly, reducing the chance of bunching at the seam. The gum line activates evenly and has a mild adhesive strength, strong enough to seal on the first try but not so strong that it tears the paper if you need to adjust it. During use the burn rate is impressively stable. I tested several rolls by setting them down to observe how they burned without airflow, and the paper maintained an even ember with minimal side burning. This suggests a uniform paper density, which is something cheaper papers often fail to achieve. Flavour neutrality is also good, with no noticeable aftertaste or chemical hint during the draw. Build quality across the booklets is mostly consistent. The covers are made from a slightly thicker stock that prevents bending, and the internal stack is aligned well so you can remove a single sheet without dragging or tearing adjacent ones. My only minor criticism is that one booklet had a handful of sheets with slightly rougher edges, probably from a duller cutting blade at the end of a run. It didn’t affect usability but it is something future customers might appreciate knowing. Having 25 booklets in one set is convenient for anyone who prefers buying in bulk. It saves frequent repurchasing and allows you to keep spares in different places. The uniformity from booklet to booklet also reassures me that the production process is consistent, which matters if you roll daily and rely on predictable burn behaviour. It has met my expectations and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something in this range.
