This stuff is great and if you own a BMW and want to avoid you washer bottle and jets getting clogged up with gunk this is the only product you should be using. Following the concentration advice on the bottle this stuff can work down to -18 and is effective at helping to clear a frozen windscreen and removing winter grime during average British Winter weather. Dilute the product even further and its also effective throughout all seasons. Highly recommended.

great windscreen wash, even diluted it doesn't freeze

This seems an expensive extravagance, but I use it in two newer minis that are used daily. One big pack seems to last over a year. The biggest draw for me is that the jets don’t freeze or block, or distort the flow of water when I use this brand of washer fluid. When I’ve used a generic brand previously, I’ve had to pressure wash the jets and clean the reservoir out because of blockages.

I bought this because it was declared that it was good up to -63°C, and at that price, quantity and characteristics, it was cheaper compared to other products, if I wanted to make a -20°C mix for instance. I was disappointed when it arrived, as it immediately did not state -63°C on its label, but rather -33°C as the lowest declared freezing point, as per picture. I needed to replenish my washer fluid, so I used it since, for the price paid, it was still within other product prices. The label does not say the lowest temperature if used pure, suggesting that it should always be diluted. The package arrived quickly, however, there was some tape around the lid, and it was a bit wet around it. The lid was sealed. I also noticed that there are some level indicators at the front, which, if indicating 1l each, showed that some liquid might have been missing. I did not measure it. I did not want to go through the trouble of finding a measuring cup, nor I had the will to return it and buy another product. I think it is still a good product, it is a genuine BMW sold product (or whoever makes it for BMW), it arrived quickly, package was undamaged, however disappointing not to find documentation stating the freezing temperature of the undiluted product, hence not fully to description, IMO.

Just what it says on the bottle, works perfectly and the washer are now working with plenty of pressure.

Had BMW’s for 14 years now and initially some forums used to say don’t use anything else unless you wanted blocked jets or broken pumps. Well in fairness, that bit has turned out to be correct, no issues. I use this in winter only, mixed 2 parts water, 1 part screen wash. Protects down to minus 12 degrees C. More than enough for most UK regions. Use it neat for Antarctic expeditions. Doesn’t sludge up when changing over to tablets in summer. 5 litres will usually last over a winter season. Recommended.

This is the only brand of screenwash i use, it's great quality.
