My daughter wanted a Robot for Christmas. This is the best one we found. Very good robot, she loved it. The controller is easy to use fo the kids. It is a good size , not too small or big.

Edit: customer service reached out to me and remedied the situation with a different toy, no return needed. They were absolutely fantastic to communicate with! Original review: Kid finds it fun. Unfortunately the app is so out of date the Google Play Store (android) won't even let you install it anymore. So you can only use the physical remote it came with. The function is pretty limited and the word "programmable" is used pretty loosely. You send forward, turn, backward commands in an order and it will repeat them. But overall it's ok for young kids. I would only buy it on sale though.

The Ruko robot was my son’s #1 Christmas wish, and it did not disappoint! It is such a cool, fun toy that keeps him entertained for hours — truly endless fun. He absolutely loves it, and honestly, so do I. We had a small issue initially where the robot wasn’t walking properly, so I reached out to customer service. They were incredible — quick to respond, easy to work with, and they immediately resolved the issue by sending us a new one. Completely above and beyond customer service. Now we have a very happy 5-year-old (and a very happy mom too!). Highly recommend this robot — amazing product, amazing company, and an all-around great experience. 💙🎄🤖

I gave this toy robot 4 stars because the customer support/service was excellent. The robot worked ok initially, but the music didn't really play. I gave it to my grandson for Christmas and he seemed happy so I didn't really contact support, until I was visiting him recently and he said it always falls down. So I took it home and started playing with it myself to see what could be done. I downloaded the instructions to try to figure it out. I noticed it constantly tipped over even on perfectly smooth surfaces in addition to not make any music or speech sounds at all. I followed all the instructions charged it up put fresh batteries and did a reset but none of that helped so I contacted support and they were so helpful exchanging multiple emails. She told me to change the mode speed to slow, which helped somewhat with staying upright but I wanted to know if anything could be done about the speech and music. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to replace the robot. So hopefully the new robot will play music and dance without falling. These 4 stars are for the support team being very responsive and making good on their toy robot. My grandson should be excited.

This robot is so much fun. My kids are so entertained by this toy. I am also SO impressed with customer service. We were having a problem with the product so we reached out to them. Their response was so prompt and helpful! Will definitely order their products again!

Great pick for Grandson's 5th birthday. And great customer service when the robot broke. So easy to work with. Would purchase from this company again.
