My 2 and 4 year old love every piece of this couch. With 11 pieces of varying shapes and sizes, the fortress customization is practically endless. The kids use it as a couch, a lounge, a fort, a pile of cushions to jump into. The best part is that the pieces are sized in such a way that the kids can manipulate them their selves. This is the perfect accessory for independent play time. We have used other brands in the past with an almost constant demand for assistance in building. Not with this kidirect couch. An added benefit is that they absorb sound well, so if your toddler knocks down the fort you worked so hard on, you can simply place your face on the cushion and scream at the world without scaring the kids. If you like to jump, wrestle, snuggle, cuddle, rough house, or play the floor is lava, this couch could be the magic ingredient that you’re looking for. The material and craftsmanship of the product is excellent. My kids smashed their yogurt covered faces on this brand new couch almost instantly after opening, it cleans right off. The fabric is soft and well stitched. We had no errors or issues. The manufacturer provides a warranty. We have no complaints and our only regret is that we didn’t buy two. Amazing, A++

Bought this couch for my one year old's Christmas gift, and she loves it! Very good quality that has held up well to everyday play. No major smell when unpacking it. We unpacked a day in advance prior to gifting so it could regain its shape. Its very comfortable material and cleans well!

Update: Customer service reached out about the zipper issue and followed through with sending new covers for the two malfunctioning pieces. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue and I am now able to take the covers on and off. Initial review: Upon initial setup the couch had 2 jammed and malfunctioning zippers. The zippers are small, and cheap. After extensive time and effort I was still unable to get one of the zippers to function, it will neither close or open. Customer service for this product was of no help and suggested reaching out to Amazon. Unfortunately this was an early Christmas present purchase and our return window has closed. The fabric also feels cheap and not nearly as nice as other off brand play couches. The cushions seem too soft and I don't expect this product to hold up as a play couch. The different pieces are fun and my kids enjoy that but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This was bought for our baby's 1st birthday and we absolutely love it. Had it for 5 months and it still looks great with daily use. It's so easy to clean either with a damp cloth or throwing the covers on the wash. Endless play and it's big enough that both toddlers fit and have PLENTY of space. This set will be loved for years!! Even the adult's find out comfortable and after quite a while on it (even with heavy adults) the cushions all bounce right back. Within 5 minutes you can't tell anyone was sitting there. The ONLY thing that would make this set better is gentle velcro on the pieces so they could easily stay in the formations the kids make.

It's been almost a year since our purchase, and our now 5 year old continues to play with it. It hasn't lost its form; it's easy to clean, and countless hours of entertainment. We even use it as a couch for when the kids come over to watch a movie. I'd say it's even comfortable for the adults.

I got this couch for my one and a half year old daughter for Christmas and she loved it, it’s a great quality, it’s soft and comfortable, we’ve been playing with it a lot. The only thing was that took too long to get fluffy, 4 days approximately, other than that is perfect!
