Fixed my Dolce Gusto Melody Machine
I can't remember the exact model but believe it is a Melody II, worked really well and stopped the leaking

Okay, but then leaks, and ok again. Why? Used in a Krups. Melody 3 (the penguin style)
Long story here, but hope it helps someone. Bought this for our Krups coffee maker. The Melody 3. Looks like a penguin. We love the coffee this machine makes. Shame about the used plastic pods waste though. The coffee machine is regularly descaled and cleaned, but leaked slightly from the old seal in the base for some time. Easily removed the old black seal. Access is easy. Only 5 security screws to remove the access cover*. The old seal was a loose fit which is a sign of aging perhaps (?). Fitted the new red seal and leaking stopped, but you needed to remember to firmly but gently push in the 1L water tank (or it will definately leak again). No water leaks under the coffee machine for a week or so, then one morning a large water puddle underneath and after removing the access cover* the source of the leak was that new red seal. Another reviewer had the same problem. The water tank in our penquin was firmly in place. Odd. Didn't make sense. Removed the access cover*. Checked the plastic pipework and fittings inside for leaks. None found. Removed the red seal dried it and dried the plastic based that retains it. Refitted the seal. We keep the 1L container empty when not in use (so many times this thing has leaked in the past). Next morning - no leak. Not sure why. Anyway, I bought the more expensive replacement black seal just in case. Will not fit it unless the red one leaks again. Will add a review on the black seal if I ever fit it.

Mijn dolce gusto picolo lekt niet meer ; nadat deze rubberen ring had vervangen ; met dit vervangende onderdeel. Op youtube staan diverse instructies films . Je moet wel een torck schroevendraaier hebben en durven het plastic met enige kracht open te duwen om bij de rubberen o-ring te komen.
