I have been taking this product everyday for 10 days. The Pro’s: definitely notice a sustained energy increase throughout the day. I train for triathlons and notice a slight change with endurance. I am not sure how this product impacts bedroom activities, everything seems to be the same in that department. Now for the Cons: I am not sure if the cause and effect are related but about 7 days of use, my hair has been falling out at an alarming rate. My sink is riddled with my hair in the morning and this has never happened before. I can’t think of any other change in my lifestyle, other than aging, that could cause this to happen.
