Horrible product!
This is impossible to use correctly. No readable directions. Product won't come out of the needle lid. Waste of money!

For 12 bottles of serum? Can someone explain this to me?Box says 20 needles.....otherwise I love the product.

Could see some results after a few days. I like the product but it is hard to get it to go through the needles if you don't leave it turner upside down for some time.

Love the ingredients just not the sanitation
Love the ingredients of this product. The directions were incredibly not user friendly. I would love to see more needle caps included for sanitary purposes. I just feel that infection could arise due to not being able to clean the needles. Therefore, I rated it a three star. If there was replacement needle caps. I’d rate it a 5 star because I love the ingredients
