Needed a base for replacement of a random amazon chair purchase 5+ years ago - works perfectly and fit the holes. Happy!

Perfect fit to replace my old legs and cylinder, my chair broke at lunchtime Friday and I had this delivered and got it fitted easily by Saturday morning. Very impressed with the delivery speed. The cheapest chair replacement I could find was £50 and this replacement part came in at £10 less, so glad I found this as my chair is very comfortable and all that had broken were the legs and cylinder.

arrived in good time box damaged but ok inside and the base looked really good, only 1 problem not very universal the part that screws to the chair missed the holes by about 2 inches all round so now on it's way back and on the hunt again

Bought this as I am a bigger guy and this was recommended for my weight and more expensive, however after I got this I was left frustrated at the fact I can only align the chassis to 3 of the 4 screw holes so unable to get the 4th screw in, I spent hours trying to align it but it didnt matter as always one of the holes would be without a screw, their response after raising a ticket was just a video in a foreign language showing someone aligning the chassis to the 4 holes as if I'm some kind of dumb ***

Problem: the measurement for the tilt mechanism base plate is 282mm (11 inches), not 252mm (10 inches) as stated. That measurement is critical because even millimetres matter when lining up the holes for the attachment bolts. Surely, it's reasonable to expect an accurate description. My advice is to confirm the real measurement by email before buying this.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. It is built very well and should extend the life of my swivel chair by many years. Great value!

When the company of the $400 gaming chair ghosted me after their metal base cracked, this replacement came in handy - it's sturdy enough and a decent fit, HOWEVER the scew holes weren't properly drilled, they were misaligned from the given measurements by millimeters, but enough to stop the base from attaching - I was able to fix this with a dremmel and a carbide grinding bit, but someone without tools will struggle. With a bit more quality control I'd have rated 5 stars.

He usado esta base en mi Razer Iskur, y es como volver a estrenar silla gastando una mínima parte del precio de una nueva. Empecé desmontando la razer para bajarla al container y comprarme nueva silla, pero me daba por saco porque lo que es el asiento y la silla estaban como nuevas... Me puse a buscar "base" de recambio oficial, y no encontré nada. Vi esta. Vi que la distancia entre agujeros era exactamente igual, y me lancé, pensando que en algún momento algo saldría mal. Pero no. DPM. Fácil de montar, aspecto de calidad, y silla nueva. Lo recomiendo 100% (confirmad medidas entre agujeros, y guardad tornillos de vuestra silla, que con esto no vienen.)
