Mostly good
So far it's good but the Free Radicals test isn't accurate. It never changes color, doesn't match base color and has no reaction with any chemicals.

Good instructions
I think the most important part of a test is doing it right. The instructions included in this make all of the tests easy. The print is large enough that I do not need to get out a magnifying glass. There is an explanation for each test on what it is testing for and what normal results are. All of the resealable packets of 25 test strips were well sealed. The expiration date on the box was 20 months after I received it. Each test packet also has the expiration date clearly printed on it. The pee cup seems a little bit small. The results of each test are easy to read.

Good overall tests
Overall I'm pretty happy with this little home test kit. I really like the fact that it gives you 25 strips for each individual test. I've been using two strips each time I test to make sure the result is accurate and its nice to have extras. The tests are pretty straight forward, just dip each stick into the cup and wait ~60 seconds before comparing the color on the dipstick to the packaging. I think if you're someone starting a new diet, or specifically needs to track one of the parameters its a good set but for general health there's just too many included to use up. They recommend tracking twice a day but I can't see myself testing for 2 weeks straight unless there is a specific issue I'm monitoring.

Not sure about the results
Not sure how accurate these sltest are, it takes w long time to do all the test to set up, it would be nice to have them all on one strip

Urine test strip kits for each individual panel, 25 strips for each panel, read at 60 seconds
The Liver panel urine test strips are designed to test urine individually for 10 different values: urobilinogen, bilirubin, ketones, magnesium, micro albumin, pH, protein, ascorbate, free radicals, and zinc. Of note, there is one specimen cup included. There are specific instructions on urine collection such as not testing the first urine of the day, using a mid stream urine sample, making sure that there is not more than a 2 second contact time when urinating on the strip. There is a 60 second wait time for results. You then hold the urine test strip up against the color chart on the foil bag to interpret the results. My takeaways from the kit that I feel are important to review on are you need to be organized with use of the kit as you are testing for each individual value - not all of them at once. This means making sure you are following the instructions exactly to ensure the most accurate results possible and record them if you intend to report the results to your healthcare provider which the life20 company encourages you to do. You need to be organized in setting up the individual kits for each panel if you are testing urine on them all at once or doing just one or a few panels at once. I do like that you can test for just certain values and not test for everything if you do not need to. I like that the kit includes 25 strips for each test. The test strips are individually foil seal packaged with the result color chart on the package. There is a reminder to read the strips at 60 seconds and that after 3 minutes, the test will be invalid. The individual packaging is great for taking with you when traveling. The one urine specimen cup doesn’t bother me. It can be washed out and reused and is actually less wasteful. I did not access the ebook, but there is one available if it is needed. The company encourages contacting them via email if you have any questions or concerns, and offers a satisfaction guarantee. They also offer help in explaining results. The company claims this testing has been evaluated through clinical trials and if done properly there is a 99% semi-qualitative accuracy. The box that the kits came in was completely sealed in plastic, the box was tape sealed, and the instructions included were thorough and easy to understand.

Nice To Have, Some Personal Complaints
Super neat to have on hand, but it does say when it's open, there is a 3 month shelf life. I'm not that unhealthy to where I need to test that many times in that amount of time, so I wish these could be packaged differently so that I can utilize them over a longer period. I also wish they included disposable cups instead of a reusable one because I highly doubt most people will be able to clean it well enough to use again properly. People are nasty and a lot don't even wash their hands long enough, or at all. I don't see them washing this cup, but I suppose that's not my problem lol.Now I love being able to purchase products online to check as many health-related things as I can, but I have no idea how accurate these are since I haven't had a urinalysis in almost a year. If I get one before the 3 months are up then I will compare my results as best as I can.I am happy with this, while I do have those complaints they aren't incredibly major.
