That this product works excellent
This product is amazing, it does work wonderfully. And Im going to order more, more and more.

Unknown Mechanism and Benefit
The name "Hearing Restoration" is deliberately vague about the ailment for which this is the remedy. Does this product do anything other than ear wax removal, for which there are numerous other implements available, both in drug stores and on Amazon, that are just as effective and at a much lower cost. The product details are silent on what kind of problems or indications is this product aimed at resolving, and by what mechanism, and seem to take advantage of the desperate sufferers of hearing loss who are hopeful and willing to try anything. There is not even a list of "Active Ingredients" printed on the bottle label or literature. Finally, how does one even establish, after a period of use, whether the eardrops are doing any good, except by subjective guess.

It’s challenging to use the spray because of the angle. Effectively? I am not so sure yet.

Actual improvements!
I thought this wouldn't work, but I have definite improvements. Not restoration, but improvement. Ears don't itch, skin is soft and more supple inside. I use it every couple days. My ears feel healthier.

I tried this product for more than three months. But there is effect/improvement. I think, this product is a scam !!

Hearing Loss Improvement
This is a product EVERYONE should know about. I had no hearing on my right ear. I used this product once a week. After the third week I realized I could suddenly hear out of my right ear. Not yet as good as my other ear but I could distinguish words instead of all sounds being muffled together like underwater. I bought hearing aids and had no luck being able to use. This is the most incredible product available and not expensive. You don't need to use but a few sprays in your ear. EVERYONE WITH HEARING ISSUES PLEASE TRY THIS!

NO HEARING IMPROVEMENT -waste of money
absolutely NO Hearing improvement - no was issues just a constant ringing none ear - hearing at 50% volume - worthless
