Victron Energy Smart Battery Shunt - Battery Monitor (Bluetooth) - Victron Smart Shunt with Detailed in-app Insights - 6.5V-70V, 300 amp

I bought the Victron Energy Smart Battery Shunt to add Bluetooth monitoring to my battery power box, and so far it has worked really well. I haven’t noticed any interference or RFI issues, though I don’t have a precise way to test for it. I’m happy to have this separate smart shunt rather than relying on built-in Bluetooth on a LiFePO4 battery. The setup was straightforward, and the detailed in-app insights are very helpful for tracking battery health and usage. Victron solar equipment is high quality and this shunt is no exception. Very easy to install and the included cables are a plus. Integrates flawlessly into the Victron app and gives all the information about the usage and states of your batteries that you need. The only drawback, as others have stated, is the short range of the Bluetooth signal. But that seems to be the case with a lot of these type devices. I’m pleased with the device and the price was reasonable.

Worked like a charm! Used it to help troubleshoot a parasitic drain on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. Very handy for monitoring the Amp draw while inside the vehicle pulling fuses and disconnecting harnesses. Bluetooth range was a little better than I thought it would be. I could stand at a window in my house and monitor the shunt from about 30',LOS. This thing will be a great troubleshooting tool for any DIY individual.

Works well, super easy to install. Graph recording is super helpful, and layout is fantastic. Bluetooth range, is beyond abysmal. It's so bad it might as well just put an amp meter there and not have to spend the time to connect.

This is used for a single lithium battery. The battery's BMS appeared to be accurate, but with more testing, it was too erratic on SOC. Reading the manual, the BMS can't detect low discharging and charging. I purchased and installed the Victron shunt so I could get accurate data. The installation was straightforward. If it won't be exposed to high moisture, I prefer this one. The IP65 version has all possibilities of sensor cables potted in. On this one, you only connect what you need and terminate wires to a neat length. I appreciate how much more accurate this is than the BMS. Areas for improvement are the speed the Bluetooth syncs. Opening any other Victron device and the Bluetooth needs to re-sync every time. Distance is also marginal, it should work in a bigger radius like other Bluetooth devices. For the price and simplicity, I am glad to have it for the times when battery data is critical.

Perfetto, molto semplice da installare se si ha manualità ovviamente. Gestione da app eccellente, mi raccomando seguire le istruzioni del manuale on line per i settaggi della batteria, se è al litio ci sono dei parametri da modificare, na li trovate nel manuale. Victron è sempre una sicurezza.

Le module enregistre 45 jours de données aux on ne peut accéder qu'en bluetooth depuis l'application. L'exportation est totalement verrouillée par Victron, il faut ajouter un Cerbo gx qui coûte 300€ et ne permet d'avoir les informations qu'à partir de son installation. Je n'en reviens pas

Pues está bien caro pero es funcional, te permite saber el estado de la batería así como la tendencia histórica de 6 meses hacia atras El único tema es que el tornillo está muy gordo y no entra el adaptador de mi bateria, ojo… esto no corta carga ni actúa como gestión de la batería, solo es para observación

El SmartShunt 300A 50 mV es un monitor muy recomendable si quieres un sistema limpio, confiable y conectado, ideal para paneles solares, baterías de litio/AGM/Lead en autocaravanas, embarcaciones o instalaciones independientes. No es perfecto para todos (especialmente para instalaciones grandes donde 300 A se queda corto o si necesitas pantalla integrada), pero en su segmento es difícil encontrar algo tan completo y sencillo de usar.
