I ordered a power bank from Amazon, but it stopped working within just 3 months. When I tried to claim the warranty through the official website, I found the warranty option. However, after clicking on it, no further steps or options appeared to proceed with the claim. This has been a very disappointing experience, as the product failed so quickly and there is no proper support for warranty claims. I request the team to look into this issue and provide a clear process for customers to claim warranty.

I have written review earlier having good product. Now it's worst company. My power bank was swallowen and the same is still under warranty. When I sent powerbank back to the flix company at Delhi. They rejected the claim by conveying that product is damaged. I already sent them pics when I courier them at that time, nothing was damaged. After reaching at the company, after few days they called me & told they have taken my product for checking & after sometime told me that my power bank is damaged and damaged product is not cover under warranty. I have uploaded pics here for swallowen powerbank. Date 10May2024 I have used this power bank few times & after using it , I am writing the same. Pros: 1 Best battery backup 2 I was able to charge Realme 8 pro,Samsung 5G twice. 3 Automatic cutoff while charging and auto cutoff after power bank itself charges too. So auto cutoff works both ways. 4 its box comes with small strap so it's handy to carry the powerbank without additional cost of buying extra carrying cover 5 its deliver Fast charging promise. I have tried with VOOC fast charging my mobile with its charger and with the powrbank. Both took almost same time. 6 Sturdy quality of charging cable provided in the box 7 Supports both C type & Micro Cons: 1. Charging cable's length is short. But it's actually a Pros because no tangling of cable It's worth to go for the product. I got it around 1k during the Mega Sale.

When I first bought this item, there were literally zero reviews. Took the risk and ordered this power bank. Have been using this with Samsung S23 and Google Pixel 8, also tested on MacBook Pro M1 to some extent, works great for all these so far. I would rate build quality to be 4 out of 5, otherwise product look and feel is amazing. Technical details: Supports PPS (Super Fast Charging on Samsung) and PD for Pixel, iPhone, even MacBook . For other device it falls back to 5v slow charging speed. Note: This does NOT support VOOC, SuperVOOC (Oppo, OnePlus, Realme, etc) and Dash (Vivo, IQOO, etc).
