Really happy with this- bought for my 14 year old son- and will do the job perfectly. Delivery was a nightmare- no fault of the company and all to do with evri- however this was sorted quickly by the team and the item resent through a different delivery company arriving 2 days later- top marks for customer service. The item materials aren’t the best but for a 14 year old who’s hard on any piece of funiture for the price of this I’ve no complaints. The lights are great and so are the massage features. We got a battery pack for it to stop the wires being all over the place so he charges this and sets it up using that which is great :) Honestly buy it does the job is cheap and cheerful and very comfortable

No instructions in the box, looks used for some reason.. The massage remote came with a hole through it - and also does not work - it just vibrates your back a bit, no movement to speak of (misleading) not to mention if you use this feature it'll sound (loudly) as though you're fiddling yourself. Terribly cheap build quality, for a higher price than is deserved to be honest. Massive regret pressing purchase. And now I'm assuming I'll have to lug it to the post office to return it, but it weighs a lot and the box says "two person lift only". Overall, terrible.

I bought this chair and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately there was a small tear in the seat area where the arm rest attaches. Accidents happen and could have happened in transit. Contacted the company who offered to send a replacement. Replacement arrived no rips or faults. Easy to understand instructions, managed to put it together jo issues. Customer services were fab. Great communications. Can't fault them.

My husband loves his birthday gift! I just tried it myself and with the seat right back, stool up and massager on it's like a dream. Very comfortable, lights and massager works great and good quality. We are very happy!

Good looking chair and lights but is t a massage chair, like one of the reviews stated it’s more vibration so disappointed in that respect considering it has various controls for massage I thought it would be decent. I wouldn’t buy if it was a massage chair as a gaming chair though it will do for the price

Good gaming chair massage is not the best but definitely worth the money, easy yo assemble

Very nice and quality chair. My only problem is the legs doesn't have a lock and the chair moves and rotate unnecessary. The massage and the light and the quality is pure 10/10. Go for it if anyone need a complete gaming chair

Don't expect anything amazing. You get what you pay for. The massage feature is nothing more than a high frequency vibrating motor. Doesnt do anything for back pain and gets very irritating after a while as it's extremely noisy. Power supply is USB and vibrations die off the more points you use. Skin becomes over stimulated at the contact points so I won't be using the massage feature at all. In terms of the chair itself I'm happy with the comfort. Very easy to put together. Extra features are nothing more than decorative and are not worth it. Better off finding a similar chair without the vibrations.
