not happy with drone but service was great
had for 2 days and drone is totaled, it was working well... took out today and it took off at full speed sideway and crashed into building..broke 3 arms completely off, and split body... all the safety features did not work, obstacle avoidance. return home...controller had no control... almost 600 bucks down the drain for a unit that basically destroyed itself... UPDATE... Amazon service on return/replacement was great...product still 1 star but Amazon gets 5 stars for service . UPDATE 2 - got replacement Drone, it crashed the same way the first 5 minutes in flight...DO NOT BUY ...I cannot believe they sell junk like these for such a high price... Amazon reps were very helpful and understanding...% star for Amazon... No star for drone..

Corrupted Non-Responsive Software
Software is corrupt and has operation issues. 1st drone never responded to return command and kept going. Husband tried recovery, it showed drone within a area range and was not found. Item was replaced with a 2nd drone and software again malfunctioned. Drone took off at a slow speed, got a distance from launch pad, picked up speed, point straight up in the air, picked up speed then started nose diving, it would not recover, then hit the ground at full speed.

No tech support
I had very bad experience with this purchase. I spent a good fortune on this drone and expected that everything to work. But I cannot find technical support for all the questions I have.
