Long and Luxe Growash Cleansing Creme Conditioner, 16 Ounce

I use this for all of the girls in the family! We have varying hair types from curly to waves, super thick to normal thickness. It smells AMAZING! Like fruit punch or something. And it stays smelling good for DAYS in your hair! It moisturizes well for curly hair especially if left in for a few minutes after it's worked through the hair. My hair is so soft and stays clean longer than with shampoo. I do have to use a lot but for the price I feel ok about doing that and I only have to wash about once a week. The one thing I don't like is the gunk it leaves in the tub when I wash my daughters' hair because we do use so much. Hubby says only use it when we use the shower not the tub. I also sort of wish it came with a pump so I don't have a slippery jar to wrangle while the kids are moving around. I dropped it in once.

Omggggg this is sooooo good! I love As I Am cowashes, but this one is my favorite! I don’t have the recommended hair type for this product, but I still love it so I hope this review will be helpful for someone else with similar hair! I have super fine (but full/thick) wavy 2b/2c hair that is also low-porosity. My hair LOVES humidity; it curls right up in humid locations. Unfortunately for my hair, I live in Alaska where the air is insanely dry, so I have to work hard to get moisture into my strands so my waves will actually define themselves. That’s where this cowash comes in! Out of the original, tea tree, and this one, this is definitely the thickest so I can get away with using a lot less to clean my hair. At the start of my shower, I massage thoroughly through my scalp, squeeze down through my ends, and then rinse it out at the end of my shower. Follow it up with the rest of my curly girl routine and my hair is sooo silky and defined! Also, the scent of this is divine!! Only thing to note (it’s not a con, though, because it’s no fault of the product but rather just how my scalp is naturally): if you’re like me and you find after 2-3 times of using this, your scalp is getting a little flaky from buildup, just use your clarifying shampoo a little more often. I cowash 2-3x a week, and clarify anywhere between once every 1-1.5 weeks, and every month or two I’ll hydrate my scalp and hair with coconut oil as a pre-shower mask. This way, both my hair AND my scalp stay happy!

...because it smells EXACTLY like liquid amoxicillin! Identical. The scent is more of a light berry smell once it's rinsed out, so it's not bad, but in the jar it's uncanny. This is my first time in my 40 years of life doing "cowash" or even having curly hair. I have 3b chemo curls that I have been experimenting on with all kinds of new products. I like that this is a lighter formula (it really needs to be in a bottle though.. it's too runny to be in a jar) but still hydrates very well. It has taken me a year to go from bald to almost shoulder-length hair, so I need something that will prevent my hair from breaking off; I do not want to get a hair cut anytime soon! I've only used it once and I can already tell a difference in the softness of my hair. I will update after a few months, but so far I'm very happy!

I love the benefits of Pomegrante, especially for hair growth, so I've been using this product twice a week, although i do use the coconut cowash one day out the week, and once a week use a clarifying shampoo to strip off build up, then condition with a Rosemary conditioner, which is very thick. Anyway, It doesn't dry my hair and it feels thick on my mix of 2A,B,C hair and once it's rinsed off, I can feel my hair is coated with it and crazy soft when dry. While my hair once grew 1 inch per month, just 5 years ago, as I aged(62), it slowed down, but since using this growash with my other wash, scalp, and conditioner products, and seldom putting heat on my hair, it started back to growing fast, insomuch that it grew 3 inches in 4 months, to just above my tail bone. Will continue to use this product among my other potions and look forward to my hair growing 9 more inches, to below my bump by this time next year...

Nice scent and leaves hair soft but it makes my hair break off. Had to stop using it for that reason.

A little bit of this stuff goes a long way, and it smells fantastic! It cleans and conditions my hair effectively and it's reduced the amount of time it takes for me to brush out my hair after the shower. It rinses out easily and my hair isn't nearly as frizzy as it is with other cleansing conditioners. I love this stuff.
