Excellent product
I love all McAvoy products and this is no exception. Only problem is that the colour is much lighter than it appears when choosing. The problem of buying online I guess

Not quite the same as it was
I have used this before and found it to be very effective as a replacement for the discontinued "Stay don't Stray" from Benefit which I had been using for years. However, the current Trish McEvoy Eye Base Essentials which I am using seems very dry. I had to check to see if I had perhaps had it for a long time but It was only last month I bought it. Hoping this was just a one off I ordered a new one the other day. It arrived today and unfortunately that too seems dry. Perhaps they have changed the way they make it? It's a shame because it's no easy to find similar products.

Apply fast for even finish
Although the product seems to be of good quality, it needs to be applied very quickly to ensure an even finish. Unfortunately, it makes eyelids very dry. I would not recommend it for those over 40 years old.

Love this eye base essentials. I have very oily eyes, and this really helps keep my waterproof mascara from making me look like a raccoon half way through the day. This does dry quickly so you need to apply and spread rapidly.

This is the best eye base on the market. I've been wearing this for 20 years. It looks beautiful on the lid. Stays on all day. Great base for eye shadow.
