Northern Kentucky/ohio. Been using it for about 6 months, and still works well. Gets plenty hot, although doesn't really keep it very cold while it's in there. Buttons seem a bit cheap, the green power one has a hole in it from the push button underneath, although this is just cosmetic. The seal works fairly well, and is a decent size to fit a full meal. -1 star because it uses a DC power cord instead of USBC, so if the power cord gets lost or damaged it may be difficult to replace.
