I do some freelance customer service work from home as a side hustle and really needed a better headset than those 20$ USB they want you to get I find with those my ears start to hurt after about 30 minutes. I remembered this headset from when I worked at Intel and set out to find it. Lo and behold found here for a great price. It so light I wear it for hours at a time and completely forget I’m wearing it. Works great for my side hustle and I use it for my travel agent work as well. Sitting on hold for hours is much less painful with this guy. Also the range on it is absolutely amazing. I have made it down to the mailbox at the street corner from my house while servicing calls and not dropped a beat or had any troubles. The clarity is fantastic and battery lasts all day. I have gone about 8 hours with continuous use and still had about 25 percent battery left at the end of the day. It is very versatile as well. It works with every softphone app I’ve have thrown at it and integrates natively in teams although I really can’t stand Microsoft teams and try my hardest to stay away from it, it is a very nice companion to use. Easy to setup and use in just about any senecio. When my new desk phone arrives I’ll be hooking it up to that as well since it can be used both with a physical phone and softphones on the computer simultaneously. All around fantastic headset!

This headset has been a life saver as I can’t west headsets that go over my head due to causing headaches I work from home and constantly on the phone definitely recommend only con is the battery life I have to charge it on my lunch break but after that we are good until 5pm

Do not get this headset if you have small ears or want to hear what anyone is saying to you. The ear buds that come with the headset hurt my ears because they are too big. And the earhook piece is also too big so I can't even use that to keep the small ear buds in my ear. The hearing protection can't be disabled so I miss the first part of what people are saying to me. Overall super frustrating time wasting experience. Let me disable the hearing protection!

Bought this for work. I am a receptionist in a dental office. Very comfortable works great and it gives you different earpiece sizes to make it comfortable.

Plugged it in, I can hear in calls fine but customers could not hear me. It kept on cutting in and out. I would’ve gave five stars but had to return the first one I bought and got my replacement now they work excellent.

Been using the headset 4-5 hours a day for two months as a replacement for the Plantronics/Poly PLT 5200, which I had used for over ten years until the software became unstable. For this device, the range, audio quality, stability of software, fit and comfort are a serious improvement over the Plantronics/Poly. Especially appreciate the desk charger/stand and the indicator lights on the base. a modern and sleek design that looks great on the desk. this Yealink device has at least three times the range (distance) of the Poly. I had not previously heard of this manufacturer, so assuming they stay around, I would recommend this device as a serious upgrade to the Poly. Not sure if the battery is user replaceable.

FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE IT A ZERO STAR. THIS PRODUCT QUIT WORKING AFTER 2.5 MONTHS. IT READS TO CONTACT MANUFACTURE FOR ISSUES. CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH DIRECTIONS FROM THEM ON HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE. (MICROPHONE DOES NOT WORK). WORKING CORRECTLY CONNECTED TO PHONE. DIRECTIONS WERE TO INSTALL IT TO MY COMPUTER, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PHONE. STILL HAVING ISSUES. WAITED 7 DAYS FOR REPLY, STILL NO RESPONSE. EMAILED BACK TO THE SAME EMAIL TO GET ISSUE RESOLVED. EMAIL CAME BACK SAYING THIS EMAIL IS NO LONGER BEING USED FOR SUPPORT ISSUES. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CONTACT THE COMPANY.
