I'm a 46 yr old femaie who gets up at 4am to work on my fitness goals. I appreciate this product because not only does it take effect within or less that 30 min, i get absolutely no jitters, niacin flush or bubble guts while working out!

It’s not bad I don’t mind it but pretty sure it’s supposed to be strawberry lemonade but taste and looks like fruit punch. Not sure if there was a problem an it got miss labeled

Very good pre-workout and I have tried alot. The body doesn't immune to it, so everytime taken, the effects still occur of energy.

This preworkout gives me a nice boost without anything too crazy. The flavor is decent, but not my favorite. I usually do half a scoop of this with half a scoop of EAAs that don't have caffeine that tastes better and it's the perfect combo.

I think the caffeine amount might be off. It says it contains 135mg of caffeine, but it made my boyfriend lightheaded after weight lifting. It could be something else that is in the mix and just not working well for him. The flavor is good. The citrulline helps make the flavor tart, but it does taste like artificial fruit flavor. That is okay as it's expected with workout powders.The current price is $17.02 for 25servings. Perhaps you should try half of this to start with.
