Beginning Yoga Fitness Chart

Sturdy, easy to read from distance, nice summary of beginner basics.

Great poses for beginners, and the poster is easy to read. The instructions are a little confusing though. It says to use slow, rhythmic movements which makes me think I should be moving back and forth between the different steps in the poses. Makes sense for things like the stomach lift but not so much for the baby pose. I just use this as a quick, easy morning routine, but I follow the instructions for breathing/moving that I've picked up from old yoga dvd's. So--good poses for beginners, but not the best instructions for beginners.

Pictures are clear, laminated so I don't have to worry about it tearing.

I have this Yoga Chart from Algra. It is the best. I saw so many poses of yoga but this is amazing. Do all positions three times each. It is good for my digestion and limping knee muscle. I do 5 lb. weight dumbbell and yoga stretch per chart. It has helped me.
