Fruits and veggies in capsule form
I have used the Vital Super Fruits & Veggies for approx. a week; feel better with my health, not sure if the capsules are the reason yet.

This really works for me
Great item. The last pills l took Veggie/ Fruit l was taking 6 pills a day. Now l just take 2. The good thing for me is that bald spot on top of my head has not returned. That makes me feel a little better about myself. I just ordered more. Going from 6 pills to 2 is a Big difference ( along with my medicine . Thank you it works so well

On the Fence!
I'm a long time Balance of Nature consumer but their customer service is horrible and they have no loyalty to their long time customers. They tend to send their product out to soon so I tried to get them to suspend sending their vitamins for a couple of months but they refused soooo I cancelled. I then tried these Vital Super Fruits & Veggies. I wasn't wowed by them but didn't hate them either. Their capsule ingredient colors are not as vibrant as BoN's but they did NOT smell or taste bad. Trying to figure out which fruit and vegetable supplement is the best for you and best value. May just place another order with this company.

This product works
We ordered these vitamins a couple months ago..we have seen a lot of improvement in our nail growth, hair growth and energy re-ordered a new supply recently and will keep ordering

Need more time to evaluate
I seem to feel slightly better. Maybe after more time and see how my next Dr appt results look.

No high risk additives
I really didn't expect much. I just needed to get away from the usual daily vitamin because I discovered it has a high risk additive that my body can't tolerate. Not sure why any vitamin would have any high risk additives, but they do. Use the Yuka ap to check before taking. After taking this vitamin for a month, I realized I am feeling less tired all the time. I use to fall asleep almost every afternoon. At almost 80 years old, this makes me very happy.
