Been a life saver and God send. I have had months and months of issues with Thrush and H-Pylori. Never had the issue until after months of Antibiotocs and knock backs. After seeing a brilliant review on here, and the GP saying you need to take a probiotic with your Antibiotocs (yes I have to pay!) I started these. After a few days for the first time no pain, no irritation and no tears. Then it came back a little. I nearly gave up but as instructed I doubled the dose and never looked back. Its the price you have to pay for something to work and if its £40 a month so be it. Just try it and give it a couple of weeks...it may not even be that long. I hold my hand up and tha k Optipac 🙌🏾🥹

Wife has been taking these for the last 6 months after our ivf doctor recommended them to help balance ph levels in wife reproductive system. We are now 15 weeks pregnant first time ever seeing a positive line in five years of trying. There is no medical evidence if this item had any impact but it was somthing we tried different this time round with ivf.

I’ve been using Optibac “For Women” probiotics for just over a month. The packaging recommends 1 capsule a day, but I started with 2 in the morning (about an hour before food or drink), based on advice from others who said it can help “kick start” things especially for recurring BV. After the first month, I dropped back to the recommended 1 capsule a day. Unfortunately, when my period came, my BV returned with a vengeance even though I’d increased the dose back to 2 again beforehand, knowing my period can be a trigger. I’ve been struggling with recurring BV for 3 years, and I’ve tried internal gels, various probiotics, and antibiotics. The antibiotics I used previously did work, but only for a few weeks then the BV came back right after my next period. Sadly, these probiotics haven’t resolved the issue for me either. If anything, they seem to mask the symptoms instead of getting to the root cause. I’m now about to start another course of antibiotics (Metronidazole, I believe) and have ordered boric acid pessaries. My plan is: 1. Finish the antibiotics, 2. Use boric acid for a week, 3. Then restart these probiotics (I still have 2 months’ worth left). I’ll come back and edit this review in a few months to update on how that routine works hopefully it helps other women going through the same thing. Looking back, I believe I caused this by using soap to wash down there, not knowing any better. I’d never even heard of BV at the time. It’s been one of my biggest health regrets, and it’s frustrating how hard it is to find something that works long term. If you’re dealing with BV too, I hope this helps you feel less alone. You’re not the only one going through it.

Awesome probiotics! I really believe these do work! Sometimes you take probiotics and you don't know if they are doing anything, but I do feel better taking these for a few weeks. I really like this brand, I was recommended this brand by a Fertility doctor.
