I am now on my second lot of these, it took a couple of weeks to notice anything but I definitely feel like I have more energy and generally healthier, I even think my skin is improving. They taste lovely, how you want a fresh apple to taste. I take them with my main meal at night and that seems to work for me. I will continue to buy these and hopefully will keep seeing more results.

My bestie recommended these, and I’ve been having them for about 6 months or so now and I can honestly tell a difference since I started them. I could tell after a week or so. They are good on the deal price, which is when I tend to order them. They taste great and are a nice texture too. I have rubbish hair so not sure they’re doing anything for that, but I’m of that age when us females need extra vitamins. I’d give them a go if you’re thinking about it and don’t think you’ll be disappointed!!
