It is very good product , It can be used by any one but will be more useful Specially incase if we are on postoperative recovery state then I would recommend this for them, It has very low fat and added sugers which is good for persons who are immobilised due to health reasons and need daily protein requirements, And the mild flavour of chocolate is also good But it is only good if we mix it with milk If we try to take it with water the the mixture don’t taste good *If you are lactose intolerant then I would suggest ensure peptide or ensure plus a very good option
