Works great - No power adapter included but separately
Works like a champ What sucks about is that you need to buy a power adapter separately

Solved a long term problem of interference
This amplifier fixed a long time issue I have had with a camera that has a long cable run. Easy to install and set gain using dip switches.

NO POWER SUPPLY
Doesn't come with a power supply? Looks shady now. I will let you know if it works AFTER I GET MY OWN POWER SUPPLY....

Doesn't work for Lorex systems
Was having intermittent signal loss on my Lorex system above 180' and figured I'd give this a shot and hope a 12V injector could help. What was intermittent is now no signal at all (system identifies the channel but does not receive any picture). DIP switches seem to do nothing, nor does the the +/- pot. Poor documentation, certainly not plug and play. Save your money.
