Tut was es soll- recht süß wie alle Electrolytegetränke. Ich habe wirklich den Eindruck länger laufen oder Radfahren zu können wenn das in der Flasche ist statt nur Wasser. Krämpfe treten gar nicht auf. Verträglichkeit ist kein Problem.

Good taste that isn't too strong. A large amount of servings for the price so the value is about as good as it gets for high carb drink mixes.

My wife and I have used this product for years for hydration. We ride 50 klm three times a week and are very happy with this product. We both prefer the lemon and lime version.
