Top quality
Not the cheapest by a long way but you get what you pay for. In this case the weight and balance is ideal, with the quality of construction from the head, shaft and handle all combining to make a really useful tool. Doesn't get as much use now but this is the sort of thing that is likely to get passed on or certainly leant out as required. Other cheap hammers have had issues with shafts being poorer quality or handles poorly attached. But this just works.

Simply the best
I already possess one of these which was purchased last century. Apart from using on geology trips I find it brilliant for jobs like digging out tree stumps and during COVID it helped assist along with larger hammers to reduce 30 tonne of mixed size concrete and mortar. This rounded the head and reduced the spike. So I treated myself to a new one.
