Why did you pick this product vs others?:It appeared easy to use and looked good. It worked for one month. We took it apart and put it back together. Tried all the troubleshooting advice. Nothing worked. Cost 400$. Emailed the manufacturer. Got no response whatsoever. Do not but this product.

Minus one star because I find the litter box to be VERY loud when it beeps, but am unsure if this is normal as this is my first auto litterbox. It was bigger than I thought and the box was very large but it works amazingly for my cats. They began using it immediately. It fits well in the small coat closet I have it it, it was easy to setup, easy to empty the waste bag, and it seems very well built. Overall satisfied with this purchase so far and the cats seem to enjoy it as well. The only thing I would do is put a mat underneath to help stop the cats tracking litter but otherwise amazing.

This thing always stinks of cat urine even when the bag is freshly changed which I do every three days because I can’t stand the smell. It’s worse than having regular litter box! It stinks since I got it and it’s only been in use for 42 days.It makes me sick literally and mentally when I think of how much I paid for it. I’m so mad! And it won’t even fit in my garage can. I have to pay someone to take it away if they don’t faint from the smell first!!!

Only had this item since march and it’s already dead. I reached out to the warranty support team and am awaiting a response. Per the order, there is a 12 month warranty on the device….lets hope they honor it.** warranty honored and replacement was received. New unit seems to be working.
