I've seen women using these rollers online doing tutorials, and have watched these tutorials. I've seen dermatologists doing tutorials too. I did some research before I decided to try it. I've been using this roller with serums, retinol, and estrogen cream. I noticed right away some plumping, and smoothness right away, like after a couple of minutes. It does wear off after a bit. I've been using this combination for several weeks now, and can say I've noticed changes that have stayed. I have no idea how often to do this. Some Dr's, and others say a couple of times a week, and that's what I've done.
