Erasa XEP 30 Extreme Concentrate Rejuvenation Serum for Line Lifting and Crow's Feet - Travel Size (15ml)

I love this! I’ve been using this cream for a few weeks now and I can actually see my dark spots and wrinkles going away, it feels so nice to wear under my makeup and I use it morning and night. I apply a thicker layer around my eyes and I look much more youthful. It has a nice sort of matte effect to it. Overall amazing serum! Will definitely purchase again

This stuff really works! My only issue is how pricey it is and the consistency. It dries on really chalky so I like to mix it with another moisturizer to thin it out some.

Nice, thick formula that’s easy to apply & feels good on your skin. No displeasing or even noticeable scent. It doesn’t necessarily feel hydrating to me, but it does seem pretty effective at erasing fine lines. The price is a bit high, but worth it if it’s a product you’ll consistently reach for.

I was drawn to this Extreme Concentrate Serum by Erasa XEP 30 because I was curious about the XEP 30 ingredient. Evidently XEP 30 was formulated by BioMimetic laboratories for use in skin care products. It is a long peptide molecule AKA "botox-in-a-jar", which mimics the venomous peptide that some species of snails produce. It relaxes the facial muscles and reduces the appearance of wrinkle depth. I've been using this serum for a week now, and have not seen any benefit from it. The concentrate is pinkish in color and thick, it does not have good slip on the skin, so it seems like a lot has to be used to get full coverage on the face. I use about five pumps each time. This product does have added fragrance, but I believe that was done to help cover up the odor of other ingredients in the formulation. It doesn't quite manage it though because the scent is fruity with an alcohol smell seeping through. After using this concentrate my skin always feels dry and powdery with a little silkiness. Not hydrated at all, just dry and powdery. If I don't follow this immediately with a soothing moisturizer my skin will be itchy from it. And a couple mornings I woke up with small, itchy bumps on my cheeks. None of this is surprising to me when I look at the formulation. This serum does have some great skin loving ingredients in addition to the XEP 30, like niacinamide, glycerin, squalane and so forth, but most of this stuff is listed at the back half of the ingredient listing. What is listed in the higher concentrations for this product are at least four different kinds of silicone and a few different acrylates. The 2nd ingredient in this formulation is cyclopentasiloxane, a silicone! Silicones make my face break out, especially when present in a high concentration. They form a film on the skin which helps to keep moisture in, but they also don't allow icky things like bacteria and excess sebum to escape. Acrylates are comprised of microplastics, which I also don't care to apply to my skin. Not to mention both silicones and microplastics are poorly biodegradable therefore not environmentally friendly. Suffice to say, there are more organic alternatives for all these harmful synthetic ingredients and with a price point of $49.50 one would think that they could be using more of them. Due to the aforementioned ingredients I have discontinued use of this concentrate and could not recommend it.

The pump head provides small amounts of product--less than pea-size. I've been applying it in certain areas, not all over my face. For instance: Wrinkles under and near corners of my eyes, around my lips. I don't see it making any difference. Oh, maybe that's because every time I tried it, it became immediately gritty when I tried to gently work it into my skin. I tried it several times, changing my toner, thinking the product was reacting with what was already on my face. Happened every time. I can't stand the feel of the grit. So I've eventually washed it off each time.

I would not call Erasa XEP 30 "rejuvenating," but it is definitely a good product that is working well for me as a night cream. Please refer to the list of ingredients on the product page. There are plenty of good, proven helpers for anti-aging and moisturizing. However, there are also a few that could be problematic for some. Do test on a small area before using this on your face. Some ingredients are listed as comedogenic or irritating to some people. It's better to find this out in the crook of your arm or the inside of a wrist rather than on a large area. There is a fragrance but it is not pronounced and did not trigger any adverse reaction for me, and I am sensitive to fragrances. I wish they had found a less obvious name for this product. It seems a little on the nose. Otherwise, I really like this serum.
