Very effective and lovely
Like all the Australian Bush Flower Essences, this one is subtly but magically effective. I use them exactly as stated on the bottle, plus, if I feel challenged, I will use them once or twice more during the day. After around two weeks I felt that there had been a subtle but definite shift in my perceptions and emotions. Can't praise ABFEs enough.

Its tricky. Do I feel better than I expected too given the situation... Yes. Would I have felt like this without taking the essence? Who knows? But I will continue taking it, as if it is helping brilliant! I do actively look forward to taking it twice a day and haven't forgotten once. I'm not sure what that says but its quite clear there is alcohol in it and I do wonder if that's what I'm looking forward too. :-) Albeit an absolutely micro amount! In that regard. If you have had an alcohol dependency issue. If you are abstaining I really would think twice about taking this.
