It’s a dang good deal. Case hardened shafts. Pretty darn flat and straight. Temper your expectations on how smooth and quiet the bearing carriers ride. They aren’t bad, just not on par with the real expensive stuff. Perfect for my DIY router sled build. Excuse the mess, one car garage, I’m in the midst of 4 other projects simultaneously.

After receiving this item, my daughter and I built a couple of sleds to mount on these rails and were very pleasantly surprised on the easiness of how well the slides work on these rails. Top notch product and if you can build your own sled for your router, this item will save you hundreds of dollars.

Heavy duty rails can carry my big router without flexing. The bearing blocks are a little gritty.

Quality material heavy duty. No flex. Perfect for the job. Would recommend.

I used these for storage area bottom of travel trailer. I made a wooden box and use these to roll out and in. I made 2 boxes different sizes and easily roll out from each side

I have hunted all over for the correct size screw for the rail blocks. Asked Rufus and got an incorrect answer of M5-0.8 or #10X32. Finally went to an industrial supplier of nuts and bolts and the guy looked at it and knew exactly what I needed. The correct size is M7 but I didn't get the thread count. If you need bolts for the bearing blocks visit an industrial supplier! Home Depot and Lowes can't help. Checked several national hardware stores but they didn't have them. Good luck!

So my intial order was wrong and was missing pieces. Had to return it and got a new one. After receiving it I was able to build my linear rail router sled. It was smooth and easy to assembly. Great overall product

Cheap but works. For the length it is fairly Ridgid. Bearings move well but not smoothly. Tolerance is at +/- 1mm
