Really good product ! My 3 year old loved it and it's very soft

This product is a much different product than the gray set they sold us a year ago. I have the two sitting side by side. I complained about the quality. The company was diligent in reaching out and tried desperately to make it right. Unfortunately, the issue is with manufacturing and at the end of the day, it is too costly to return. It comes condensed and expands upon opening. Too hard to ship back. I will say the company did try their best but in the end, this product is far less quality than the first. The gray is first one we bought. The pink is the second purchase. I do want to say the customer service really did try. They sent a replacement. It was the same issue. They asked me to wait for over a month to see if the new one expanded more and it didn't. I took pictures and sent them as asked and no solution was offered. It may not be obvious here but the pink stack is a good 2 inches smaller. These are stacked identically. Many of the foam pieces of the pink are smaller and don't fill out the fabric covers which makes them a little lose and dangerous for kids to walk on them. It also means the foam pieces are less sturdy. We've seen this when the kids play. I'm done. I don't expect anymore help. But the good news for you is if you haven't ever ordered from them, you won't realize any of this. And just as a precaution, order the gray.

Very disappointed with this item. The color is not the softer pink that was shown in the listing. It is a bright orangey/pink flamingo color. It is a low quality velvet fabric and looks very cheap. I can’t speak to how it holds up yet but I’m worried about that as of now.

Love how it comes with more pieces than the nugget and the price is way better than the nugget for what you get as well.! I gave it 4 stars only because I wish it had velcro so the pieces would stay together easier!

My girls love this thing! The cost is also much less than the “Nugget” brand.

The couch itself is ok but I hate the color. In person it’s a pepto pink and I was not expecting that. Also it looks like the dye had turned the plastic it came in a shade of pink So I don’t know if that indicates the color would run off on something.

If you have a kid over 1, I wouldn’t bother buying this couch. It only came with 2 decent sized pillows (the squares) plus a bunch of small pillows so kids can’t really do as much jumping and building as I had hoped. Disappointing. I regret not spending the money on a better product like the Nugget.
