Easy installation and use

Received it today. To make good use of this gadget vacuum your house first. It does the job and collects dirt but not so good with human hair. Self cleans lightweight easy to assemble. Worth the money? Not so sure. For same price you can a buy a multifunctional mop for floors and bathroom wall tiles.

The product works well but leaves the water alot even after the steam and burrshing this i was not aware about although it takes about mints to dry but its unpleasant at all if you use spong mob with hot water and disinfectant ..

Worked fine for 2 cleans of the floor of my small 1 bed apartment. On the 3rd use the steam stopped being produced and cold water just dribbles from the machine. Returning it.

I expected much better. First, it steams a lot, and it leaves the floor wet so when it dries you can see marks because it was too wet. I was very excited about the “dry” collection, but it doesn’t really work. The dust on the floor gets wet and just gets dragged around as you clean. Even hairs wouldn’t be picked up. I did stay in the spot to collect the particles but it just wouldn’t do it. I would get the same from an unknown brand and a fraction of the price so it just didn’t work out for me.

Bad product. Don’t waste your money. Not suitable for ceramic surfaces — it leaves water stains and doesn’t clean properly.

Dont waste your money, you are just paying for a brand name, as there is much cheaper alternatives that do a much better job. Some key points that i find disappointing about this product are: when I received the item i noticed that it was initially the size of the box. Then when opened it I was quite disheartened by the size of the roller unit but I'll put that down to my negligence of not reading the product dimensions before purchasing. 2nd point its advertised as a pick up. It has two collection chambers, each hold a very small amount of water, about 25ml-30ml. 3rd and probably biggest issue is it leaves small deposits of water on the floor and dont think it produces enough heat as the floor is fairly wet and left streaky when dry. (Unsure if its because I have high gloss ceramic tiles). 4th point of disappointment is the cord length. **Lesson learnt do better research and just dont put faith in brand name

Did a little research before we made the purchase. Box arrived broken and damaged. Contents obviously fell out. However there was no damage. Popped the system together in 3 minutes. Filled the water bottle up with distilled water and went to work. I actually hoovered thoroughly before washing the floors because our dogs are blowing their coats. Then I used the shark to wash floors. It’s VERY VERY quiet! It’s self propelled, it steams really well, the floors dry really quickly! We have an old French farm house with terracotta flooring and two dogs with muddy feet! This system cleaned everywhere really well. It took longer than expected ( my floors were filthy from muddy paw prints) The rooms smelled clean, you don’t add any cleaning products!! Just water. But the heat sanitizes. I then cleaned floors again with out hoovering just let the shark do it’s 3in1 job. It didn’t fail. It sucked up mud/mess/rubbish from floors and washed floors. Much quicker this time too. Honestly I can’t recommend this highly enough. Great price too.

Love that it steams and picks up what the vacuum missed. It heats up quickly, and is just so easy to maneuver and lightweight. I spray ahead of myself with my YL Thieves cleaner, to make everything come up quicker (can you say dog slobber and prints?) The head is narrower than many which I didn’t think I’d like, but makes it nice for getting under chairs, etc. Super easy to clean up after use. I want another for my vacation rental, because it doesn’t leave streaks behind and makes me think the floor is more sanitary.
