I personally used it to attach my Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus to my front door, and it delivered exactly what I was looking for: a sleek, low-profile mount. Installation was incredibly easy. It was a simple matter of attaching the doorbell securely to this mount, then peeling off the backing and firmly sticking it onto the front door. The whole process was quick and straightforward, giving a very clean and good-looking finish once the camera was mounted. While I can't speak to its performance on rough surfaces like brick (as I opted for my smooth door), I can confirm that it has withstood some pretty harsh weather conditions here in the UK – wind, rain, and everything in between – without any issues. It has remained solidly in place, providing reliable security. This mount is an excellent choice for a hassle-free, non-permanent installation. It blends in well and keeps your Ring doorbell securely affixed.

This has been up about a week and so far so good. I did attach to my metal door instead of the frame/trim so I get alerts whenever I open the door but that surface was smoother than the trim. I did have to attach the backing to the camera (that you use the little orange tool to remove) as the cover plate did not come off but the 4 screws still lined up. Anyone with that little orange tool or strong enough to rip it off the door can steal it - it’s not locked down at all so keep that in mind. I had also tried the off brand door clamp and that seemed to be even easier to steal and didn’t fit due to the door window trim. Edit: it’s been a few months now and this works great. It’s had direct sunlight, weather, and is still stuck on well. I’ve charged the camera - which you have to remove from the mount and it was super easy.

Si adatta perfettamente al ring doorbell (ovviamente) e alla superficie di posizionamento (molto meno ovvio) grazie all'ottimo nastro biadesivo (uno già applicato ed uno di riserva). Personalmente più che soddisfatto 😊
