First time user here. After having my gall bladder removed and struggling with digestive issues, I purchased this to help detox my system. The device and accessories come in a sturdy case making it easy to transport and store. The directions are easy to understand and follow. Pay particular attention to the amount of salt you add to the water as the instructions warn. I found that trying to keep it at “2.0” worked the best. This picture is from the first use. I find it interesting that after multiple uses, the gunk in the water isn’t the same each time or from person to person. There are two sets of peripherals so you can have a separate set for you and another for someone else. It appears that that the device can operate with two users at once though I’ve not done so yet. I would buy again and have recommended it to others

The machine is simple to use however one of the wrist bands doesnt work so the potential for two Ion cleanses is gone

This machine does nothing to remove toxins. There is a pseudoscience based electrolysis device that claims to remove toxins from your feet when you place your feet in the electrolysis tank during electrolysis. The purported evidence is that the electrolysis tank turns yellow-brown after the electrolysis treatment. This is supposedly evidence that toxins have been removed from your feet. In reality, the color is observed even if you don’t put your feet in the electrolysis tank because they use an iron anode. The iron slowly dissolves during the electrolysis process creating the yellow-brown color. Most iron oxides and hydroxides (although certainly not all) are yellow or brown, so it is not surprising that the dissolution process will produce yellow or brown colors
