I’ve been using this mouth guard for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. It fits comfortably, stays in place all night, and has significantly reduced my teeth grinding and jaw tension. I used to wake up with headaches or sore jaws, but that’s no longer an issue. The material feels high quality — not too bulky, and easy to clean. I also appreciate that it was easy to mold at home for a custom fit. Highly recommend this for anyone dealing with bruxism or looking for a reliable night guard. It’s made a big difference in my sleep quality and overall comfort.

This product is amazing! I thought it might be a little gimmicky at first, but I’ll tell you the instructions were easy. Made a great imprint of my mouth and this is better than the night guard that I paid $400 for. So I think the value and the quality is of the best.

This works great and is easy to do but if you're on blood thinners, be careful and have Papertowels nearby, or don't use this.

Look no further for your favorite mouth guard... Decent price, moldable to your mouth shape, multi pack. I have tried professional ones...$500.. then next year I need a realignment... Tried the sports guard...nope...but these.. 10/10

This has got to be the worst grind guards I've ever tried, and I've tried quite a lot of them. To start with, they are incredibly difficult to mold. When you take them out of the water, they immediately start to flex and harden. You don't have enough time to correctly get them to mold to your teeth. On top of that, after they mold, the plastic it's made out of is sticky. They're also very uncomfortable to wear, even after you mold them to your teeth. I even used both sides to make sure I was fitting them right, because I wasn't sure if I was using the wrong size. They both did the same thing. They also are so thin, I just knew I was going to grind through them in a couple of days because of how hard I tend to grind. I'll definitely be going back to the Dentex brand

This was a lot huger than what was comfortable for me, it felt like I had a huge gunk of plastic in my mouth. I'm not sure if that's how it was meant to be but it definitely was not something I felt like I would like to sleep in. If anything, felt very suffocating. On the other hand, I did feel a release of tension in my jaw, especially because of my grinding at night, my jaw was extremely sore. So it does do it's job releasing the tension and relieving an further damage. Just really, way too thick, I understand it's to mold it well but this is definitely not meant for someone with a small jaw/mouth. I'm a male, asian, 6'0" and my physique is on the skinnier side, and this product is way too thick. The molding of the product wasn't bad, directions were clear and I got it right of the bat. Cleaning seemed easy as well, but honestly never used the product enough to know.

This product works great and is way cheaper than what my dentist recommended (I grind my teeth when I sleep). Very comfortable to wear and easy to get it fitted.

Leaves your gums puffy and soft in the morning. Guard causes suction which inflames your gums. Also didn’t fix my jaw locking in the morning.

Ich hatte nach dem Einsetzen der Schiene ein unangenehmes Mundgefühl. Dies verbesserte sich auch nach einer Woche Tragezeit nicht. Eher das Gegenteil. Die Widerwilligkeit gegen den Artikel steigerte sich dann, bis zu dem Punkt, dass ih die Schiene nicht mehr benutze.

This sleeping mouth guard is a perfect. It’s comfortable and stops teeth grinding instantly. No more jaw pain or morning headaches. The quality is excellent, and it stays in place all night when properly fitted. Highly recommended.

Man muss an dieser Stelle fairerweise sagen, dass man von einer universellen Kirschschiene nicht viel erwarten kann. Für mich hat sich dieses Teil nicht gelohnt. Das Mundgefühl war einfach nicht auszuhalten.
