This is definitely made for kids or can be used to control portion sizes. It is also a great starter set for 1st apartment essentials. You get 40 pieces and that’s good value for your money, if you are looking for something inexpensive and decent quantity. It’s microwave and dishwasher safe according to the instructions. It stacks fairly well and takes up little space. It is a durable plastic material. I’m not sure if it is scratch resistant as of yet. If anything changes I will update the review. I purchased in a black color and it doesn’t look faded/dull. I bought 2. One for a housewarming gift and one for picnics/beach etc.

At first when I saw the bowls were small like a soup cup I was disappointed BUT it turns out they are absolutely perfect for my 8yr old step son. The set is amazing, easy to clean, great sizes and they stack really nicely. We have a 13yr old and an 8yr old and they focus on everything except what they are doing (boys can you tell lol), needless to say giving them a plate or bowl full of food is messy at times but these are light weight enough that they don't drop them. The silverware works really well and the cups are a perfect size for the meal so that we don't have a bunch of half drank drinks all over the house. When you microwave food on them there is no weird smell or taste that comes off of them. They wash great both in the dishwasher and sink.

This product is great for the kids. Hold the perfect amount of food.

Everything about this plate set is smaller than I expected. The cups, plates, forks, and spoons are all on the smaller side, so just buy with caution if you’re expecting regular-sized utensils. That said, the durability is okay overall. It’s a decent starter set if you’re just moving into a new apartment and don’t have any utensils yet.

We’ve had these for a little while now in our camper and they are holding up great! I was worried that the black might fade with washing but it’s been fine. Easy to clean.

Overall I love them. But the cups are more little child size. So I'll be looking for larger cups adult size.
