Sleep Aid Device

I was a bit unsure if this would work but it has been quite effective. Always been poor sleeper, my problem isn’t getting off to sleep but not being able to get back off to sleep once I’ve woken up in the early hours. So around 2am I’ll get up to the toilet and when I get back into bed I put this on. Set it to about an 8 and surprisingly I’ve fallen back off to sleep. Only feel the pulses when you close your hand around it. Not sure how it works but it must work like a distraction. The pulses are quite pleasant but a tens machine. Really good 👍🏻

Such an interesting experience. This little gadget sends small electrical pulses into your hand. I was hoping it might help me relax before sleeping to ease my bruxism, but I didn't notice any real difference. I didn't find it unpleasant, and needed the pulseb level up highish to feel them, but the rest of my family didn't like it at all and couldn't have it on higher than 4!

This is a good quality, well built, portable sleep device. Can be used at home or on holiday. This was bought as a replacement for a family member who has tried sleep devices but they fall out of his hand in the night. This sleep device has the added benefit of having a comfortable strap, so it is still in place when they wake up. It has two functions sleep and excited. My relative only uses it on sleep. It works by sending electrical pulses to your wrist and there are 20 different frequency settings to choose from. They have a sleep disorder and find this really helps. They use it on 3 or 4 and it helps relax them to the point where it is only taking a short while for them to fall back to sleep whereas without it, it was impossible. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

I was sceptical, but having used this hand held sleep device for a week I am amazed at how it has helped my insomnia. I have it set on a 3, so it is very gentle, but it has stopped my racing mind and allowed me to sleep properly, only waking once or twice throughout the night. It's good quality, easy to use and really effective. I have no idea how it works, but it has really helped me.

I tried this sleep aid on all of the different settings. Unfortunately I found it kept me awake as opposed to helping me sleep. Disappointed.

Shows 20 on the display don't put monitor on 20 , gives an electric shock feeling up your arm ,had to quickly get the device off me,OK on a low setting 7 Not worth buying doesn't work fir intended purpose

In the box you get the sleep aid, charge cable and instructions. This is quite a nice design compared to others that i have tried, with this one you have an elastic strap that goes over the hand and holds the device firmly against your palm, where the others had a strap that went round your wrist and you held onto the device, ( when you opened your hand it would fall out ). The unit itself has a digital display that shows the mode, two modes, sleep and excited????. There's a power button that has two functions, switch the unit on/off and switch modes. There are 20 frequency settings which you change via the + and - buttons. I have tried this and it doesn't really help me, i'm going to percivere with it and see what happens. Now as i said it didn't work for me, that doesn't mean it won't work for others.

Bought this as a gift for a friend suffering an illness who found her sleep pattern was out of normal. She found it very helpful and relaxing . I thought it was good value as an aid for her
