The hardware is great; the software is buggy. The Windows version of the product only does speech-to-text in Chinese. It will not switch to another language. The IOS version works perfectly. Kind regards,

A disclaimer is that I personally prefer silent mice. But this mouse does in fact do everything it claims-- I ended up just not really being a fan of it. The palm rest is comfortable, but the touch pad area is not. And I think it would've been forgivable for me if the interactivity area was more forgiving, but touching any part of the pad that wasn't the top half made it a little slow to respond. To be honest, it was almost better without the palm rest at all. On the other hand, the connectivity was stable, and it was very responsive. As far as the software, it was very user friendly. I'm returning this product not because it's bad, but because it was uncomfortable for me personally. I do love the idea and functionality, I just knew that I wouldn't be able to use it for several hours on end.

Perfect But too expensive

The only problem i have with this mouse is that when you pair it with a device. If you turn it off, you have to pair it again. Its irritating really

Cannot use both left and right clicking functions at the same time. If you hold the right click function you cannot left click. Really impressed with the build quality though

The versatility of this mouse is everything I hoped it would be. I use the full magnetic back bump when I'm at home in my office. Otherwise I take the small rectangle with me everywhere else. And that leads me one of the only improvements that I would make. I would love it to come with a case. Right now, I use an altoid's tin, and it is quirky and works. But, something official to protect it when I throw it in my computer bag would be great. The build is a great quality and the battery seems to hold up really well. The only other complaint I have is that if the battery dies, it seems to disconnect from the bluetooth and must be re-paired.

It's been a good experience. The battery life is solid. I've used this mouse for a while now. It arrived charged, and is still at 75%, and I've not charged it yet. It's precise, and the form factor allows a great deal of flexibility with It's usage. It's the third Cheerpod/dot item I've owned, and I'm pretty pleased.
