Great product. Seems to be well made and sturdy, simple to put together and a great multipurpose piece of equipment for those looking to save space or just get the most out of one piece of equipment. However, Had I not had an understanding beforehand of how to mount something into the wall, the directions in the video don’t really go into a whole lot of depth on it. Most people probably don’t own a stud finder and it seems like it should be common sense that you can’t just drill into drywall but it should be in the directions. Another thing was that, had I not already had the appropriate drillbit, the instructions (as far as i saw) give no indication as to the size one should use and could become very frustrating to someone without a basic knowledge of putting wall anchors into the wall. I ended up using a 10mm because it was the biggest i had and just barely got the anchors in there. So overall, it’s a great product and I would reccomend it to anyone looking to add some essential pieces of equipment to their gym while saving space and money, however the directions could use some fluffing up so anyone at any level of competency could install.

I have been waiting for this item to be available from last six months. Finally, I got the delivery yesterday. All pieces fit well together and seem like a sturdy equipment. There was a glitch in a pad screw hole mechanism. I can’t fit one of the pad as holes are misaligned with the frame. Upper bar bracket is misaligned with a taper angle. The Customer service team turn around quickly and offer to fix the problem. Other than that, the equipment is very sturdy and a quality product.

At first glance, the quality and sturdiness was underwhelming. The “vinyl” and the padding seems thin and cheap, but I plan to recover them. The metal seems a bit lighter than you would want for gym equipment you will be hanging off of. I did see the reviews about the provided bolts breaking so I bought heavier duty ones at Lowe’s. Whatever bolts this comes with seem to be a bit lighter weight than steel. So far it seems adequate- it is able to hold me (130lbs), but we will see how it holds up when my husband uses it. Assembled easy (5 min). Will not assemble perfectly square but seems good enough. I mounted it onto drywall through studs, but also boarded up my wall for the area that the equipment will lean against, otherwise it will bust right through the wall. Is not the same as shown in the pictures. The corners is the pull up bar are straight, not bent.

Had a dedicated gym in my previous house where I built a nice pull up bar out of pipe. In my new house the gym will also have to serve as a guest room so I needed something that can be removed or folded up. I Was looking at the more expensive PRX type systems and was about to pull the trigger when this showed up on Amazon. In my workouts I use a pull up bar, RIP 60 (or TRX) and bag. This system meets all my needs and then some. The dip bar feature is a major plus...I was considering buying one. I did damage one of the arm pads when I opened the box with a razor. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. They sent a replacement free of charge! I have read that the bolts on the bar can damage walls so I added a few strips of cedar board to protect the walls and it works and looks great (see pic). This is a quality product provided by a company with excellent customer service...I highly recommend it!

One of the mounting screws snapped as I was mounting the hooks to the wall, so I’m not sure how I feel about hanging from this thing. Seems to hold up OK so far with the other three screws, but I’m going to be very cautious when using this thing. As the other reviews have stated, there aren’t any instructions for mounting the hooks to the wall and for some reason it comes with very long wall anchors. It’s not really clear what they are for, but I’m guessing they are for mounting into a concrete or brick wall and not drywall. Some reviewers said they mounted into the drywall without using the studs but that sounded very risky to me as the bar itself is heavy and then add 170-220 pound person to that and I’m pretty sure a thin plastic wall anchor is not rated for that kind of load. Also, one of the screws for mounting the arm pads was too short, so again, I’m only using 3 screws instead of the 4 provided. There is a pretty minor design flaw with the item too, the screws for the arm rests are not flush to the item so it ends up digging into the wall when used in the pull up bar position. Ironically enough, unlike other reviewers, I had no problem assembling the bar itself and the instructions for that were pretty clear to me. Overall I think it could be a great product and it’s perfect for my needs, just wish it was executed better.

Pull up bar works well, but one of the dip handles broke after only 6 uses. My husband is small (5’7”, 156 lbs), so it wasn’t because of his weight. Going to try and get it replaced, so stay tuned...

Great quality and versatility. I love that I can do dips and leg raises along with pullups on this equipment. Instructions are lacking though. It should come with suggestions and mounting instructions for different types of walls. You pretty much have to figure out for yourself. It works well on studs 16 inches apart.

Antrenman için çok iyi bir alet. Hem duvarda hem yerde calışma imkanları tanıyor. Çok sağlam yapıya sahip. Tek kusuru, kurulum kılavuzu. Hangi vida nereye nasıl gireceğini, göstermiş ama baskı kaliteden veya kalitesizlikten hiç bir şey anlaşılmıyor. Kılavuz düzgün olsaydı daha hızlı bitirilebilirdi. İkea kurulum kılavuzuna güler, Kinder sürpriz kılavuzları İkeaya hazırlık çalışması olarak değerlendirir, espiriler yapardık ama bu daha da beter olmuş. Lütfen düzeltin.

Man sieht am Titel meine eindeutige Meinung, aber fangen wir trotzdem mal am Anfang an. Bestellung: Am Anfang war ich erstmal sehr unentschlossen, welche Klimmzugstange ich letztendlich kaufen soll, denn die doch relativ kleine Auswahl an Klimmzugstangen, die so sind, wie ich sie mir vorgestellt habe, sind sehr verschieden. Dies spielt vor allem auf den Preis an. Da gibt es welche, die fast nur die Hälfte von dieser kosten, ca. 70 €, bei denen man dann aber nie weiß, ob sie eine gute Qualität besitzen. Auch hatten die, die ich gesehen hatte, immer unter 15 Bewertungen, das macht es sehr schwer, klar zwischen Ausnahmefällen bei den Kommentarschreibern und grundlegenden Mangeln zu unterscheiden. Daher habe ich mich letztendlich für diese Klimmzugstange entschieden, da sie mehr Kommentare (zur Zeit der Bestellung 49), fast nur positive, hatte und auch preislich so rüberkam, als könnte sie für den Preis gute Qualität bringen. Also, Bestellung aufgegeben. Versand: Der Versand verlief reibungslos, da es aus Spanien geliefert wird, dauerte es etwa eine Woche, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Es wurde mit UPS geliefert, ist pünktlich am angekündigten Tag angekommen und war äußerlich unbeschädigt. Erster Eindruck: Der erste Eindruck war gut, es waren, wie schon gesagt, keine äußerlichen Schäden zu sehen, alles schien auf seinem Platz. Fun Fact nebenbei: Es wird in einem dreieckigen Paket geliefert, das sieht man nicht oft, ist allerdings, wenn man sich dann die Verteilung des Inhaltes anschaut, sehr schlau, da es einfach viel Platz und auch Karton spart. Ansonsten war noch das ein oder andere Plastikteil um das Paket gewunden, wahrscheinlich als Schutz. Auspacken: Wie schon gesagt, es ist sehr platzsparend aufgebaut, die rechtwinkligen Stücke passen perfekt in die dreieckige Form, der Rest ist weiter innen. Alles ist von schützendem, Achtung, umweltfreundlich, Karton umwickelt. Auch das ist mir aufgefallen. Das einzige, was bei der gesamten Bestellung aus Verpackungsplastik ist, sind die beiden äußeren Stücke und eine kleine wieder verwertbare Tüte, die die Kleinteile beherbergt. Auch innen keine Beschädigungen, man sollte allerdings aufpassen, wenn man die Kabelbinder mit z. B. einer Schere durchschneidet, dass man die schwarz glanzlackierten Stücke nicht verkratzt. Das ist mir einmal passiert, hab es aber später nicht mehr geschafft, den verkratzten Teil wiederzufinden, war also nicht so schlimm. Wenn man ein wenig aufpasst, ist es allerdings kein Problem. Danach habe ich alles geordnet und kontrolliert, ob alles da war, dies war der Fall, dann kam der... Aufbau: Dieser gestaltet sich relativ unproblematisch, es sind nur 4 Anleitungsschritte, allerdings kann man nicht so gut erkennen, welche Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben wohin gehören, hier hilft das Video direkt auf Amazon oder auch auf YouTube, sucht die Stelle, dort sieht man genau, was wohin gehört. Nach 10 Minuten war alles zusammengebaut, was dafür benötigt wird, kommt später. Teilweise ist es sicher nicht schlecht, wenn man zu zweit ist, aber allein müsste es auch gehen, ist nur etwas schwieriger. Montage an die Wand: Das haben wir einige Tage später machen müssen, da wir noch eine Möbelbauplatte als Schutz für die verputzte Wand gebraucht haben, allerdings liegt das Gewicht nur auf einem kleinen Kreis, deshalb war es vermutlich auch gar nicht unbedingt notwendig, geschadet hat es aber auch nicht. Aber vermutlich hätte man es auch mit einem Korken oder Sonstigem beheben können, dass die Wand beschädigt wird. Bei einer verputzten Wand wird dies nämlich mit Sicherheit passieren, da kann die Konstruktion noch so genial sein. Also haben wir die Möbelplatte zwischen die Wand und die Haken befestigt, das war sehr kompliziert und hat sehr lange gedauert, normalerweise würde es viel schneller gehen. Wir haben die Löcher durch die Möbelplatte und in die Wand gebohrt, haben den Dübel in die Wand geschlagen, die Schraube durch die Möbelplatte und dann in den Dübel getan und es schließlich festgezogen. Die Dübel wie auch die Schrauben waren von guter Qualität, das hat auch mein Vater bestätigt, der sehr viel Erfahrung mit solchen Bauteilen und Werkzeugen hat. Benötigte Materialien: -Bohrmaschine (für die Löcher in der Wand) -13er Schraubenschlüssel (für das Festziehen der Schrauben, die die Haken befestigen) -17er Schraubenschlüssel (für das Festziehen der Schrauben von der Klimmzugstange) (eventuell auch 2, um auf der anderen gegenhalten zu können) -Schlitzschraubenzieher oder Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher (für die Befestigung der Handpolster (funktionieren beide)) Funktionalität: Es gibt sehr viele Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, diese sind auch alle leicht zu verstehen und können gut geübt werden. Nur die Klimmzüge können in mindestens 5 Varianten ausgeführt werden, das sorgt für Abwechslung. Auch die anderen Übungen mit der Dip-Stange funktionieren gut und sind abwechslungsreich. Die Stabilität ist sehr gut, nach meinen, zugegeben, kurzen aber repräsentativen Tests. Die Klimmzugstange hält problemlos 2 Personen (ca. 120 kg) aus, wir haben uns für etwa 15 Sekunden zu dritt an die Stange gehangen (170 kg), auch das hat die Klimmzugstange ohne ein Knarzen oder irgendein anderes nachgebendes Zeichen ausgehalten. Der Wechsel zwischen Dip- und Klimmzugstange verläuft schnell und reibungslos und ist sehr einfach. Aussehen: Kurz gesagt: Schlicht, aber schön. Einfach nur schwarz mit ein wenig rot durch die Polster, sieht super aus. Fazit: Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung. Wenn ihr so etwas in der Art sucht, habt ihr euer Ziel erreicht.

Eccellente in ogni cosa: robustezza della struttura, istruzioni di montaggio video, elementi in spugna e similpelle di qualità. Tanti gli esercizi da poterci fare, ma tante anche la fatica per montarla! Servono 8 fori nel muro (nel mio caso pietra e cemento...) molta precisione e parecchia forza, perché è decisamente pesante. Que du positive pour cette barre de traction. Polivalente et avec un elastique et une paire de TRX de Decathlon la machine est quasiment complete. Ce la permet d'avoire une continuité d'activité sans etre lié a une sale de sport. Je reccomande, de plus que cela fais plus de 3 mois que je l'utilise tous les jours.

Bastante solida y por ahora las fijaciones a la pared perfectas, eso si el ajugero para los tacos taladrarlo de forma que el taco entre ajustado y se queda perfecto, lo he colocado en pared normal de ladrillo. Los acolchados estan bien y yo peso casi 85kg y es como si nada, bastante fiable. Y como pega pues le colgado un saco grande que pesa casi 70kg y como el soporte esta en el lado izquierdo al golpearlo se gira un poco, pero la solucion a sido colgarlo del centro de la barra de dominadas y perfecto. Bastante rigido y solo queda esperar el paso del tiempo. Adjunto unas fotos en las que esta casi terminado el montaje
